Welcome to Streamline AI, operated by STREAMLINE AI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CONSULTANCIES CO. L.L.C (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.
1. General Information
1.1 Streamline AI is a brand operated under STREAMLINE AI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CONSULTANCIES CO. L.L.C, a licensed company in the United Arab Emirates.
1.2 These terms govern the use of our website, services, and any agreements entered with our clients.
1.3 All services provided are subject to UAE laws and regulations.
2. Services
2.1 Streamline AI specializes in AI solutions, including but not limited to:
• Custom AI agents.
• Automation solutions.
• Consultation and implementation services.
2.2 The scope of work and deliverables will be detailed in individual contracts signed between the Company and the Client.
2.3 All services are tailored for professional use, and clients are responsible for ensuring their lawful use within their jurisdiction.
3. Payments
3.1 Payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice or contract.
3.2 All payments must be made to STREAMLINE AI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CONSULTANCIES CO. L.L.C.
3.3 Late payments may incur a penalty per month, subject to UAE law.
3.4 Refunds will be provided only as per the conditions outlined in the specific service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property created or provided as part of our services remains the property of Streamline AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose.
4.3 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our deliverables is strictly prohibited.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
5.2 This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the agreement.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 Streamline AI shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 day written notice.
7.2 In case of termination, the Client is liable for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
9. Amendments
9.1 Streamline AI reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
9.2 Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
